How challenging is it for new Account Executives at Brooksource to achieve their sales quotas?

relative - it really depends on a few things. Are you getting warm accounts? Getting all cold accounts in a non established territory? There is also a commission structure that continuously changes over the last several years. It used to be 10% across the board and now it is 7% for cold clients, 5% for warm, and 3% if you have a lead who is overseeing the currently producing account.

Nonetheless, in terms of difficulty in hitting your quota, not terribly hard. You could get lucky with one group and end up in a position where you zoom to the top 10 in the company out the gate. On the other hand, you could cut your teeth on a few accounts for 2 years before they hit and only have 1 engagement or resource with them.

It's staffing, its inherently volatile but can be seriously lucrative. Your success is primarily based on a few things - 1. Luck, 2. Timing, 3. GRIT and Ambition.

Get out there, build some relationships with folks, find opportunities where you can support their hiring initiatives and you'll do fine. Quota numbers at Brooksource are not insane, actually far lower than you might see other places. They want to see you succeed but you will find that there are many things impacting your success that are dependent on others or not in your control.
