Former Employee Overall it was fair, however, there is too much difference between salary amount AEs.
Not many achieve quota. Hardly 10%, they too because of their good accounts.
If you have good accounts, you achieve or come close to quota. Else you dont.
Accounts is an issue, even at enterprise level.
