Built was by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Poor decision making, poor execution, and above all a dishonest and exploitative organization. This organization hires and attracts qualified sellers with the promise of rocketship growth and unlimited earning potential, however the vast majority of reps make very little money. There were several sales employees who were deliberately misled regarding what they would be paid. Stay away.

Almost impossible for new reps to step into sales roles at Built and hit quota. Additionally, even if you are lucky enough to get assigned a decent account plate and hit quota, the commission payout structure ensures you see a fraction of what you should be paid on paper.
