Former Employee Buxton has changed and not for the better. The company has shifted focus after PE acquisition to new products and newly acquired companies. The result is legacy Buxton is being slowly phased out and has stopped innovating. The future is not bright for those working under the Buxton brand. Lots of churn from clients and little support from CS, marketing, and sales to remedy this. The sales org has become a revolving door and the client success team is bare bones.
