Overworked and no support from cross functional teams. Consistently micromanaged with no room for career growth unless you have been there for 5+ years. Most CSMs do not earn the already low OTE compared to similar sized companies and competitors.

I can definitely recommend Bynder as an employer, there is a lot of learning potential and possibilities, and everyone is extremely nice and helpful! Only left because of personal reasons, otherwise I would still be a Byndie.

This company has little to no management, extreme micromanaging, and gaslighting and manipulation to the Nth degree. Sales organization is run like the 1970’s sales floor.
