Associate - Real Estate Finance (GTA) Overall comp was behind the big 5, leadership was stale, and took forever to implement new ideas and pivot. The benefits were meh, great real estate Experience, but you can earn much more by getting your CFA and then pivoting yourself versus staying till manager(RM), SRM, and Director than you ever could by staying with the bank. Loyalty is only rewarded with more responsibility and not more comp YoY. Comp did not stay on par with inflation despite the bank's record profits.
