Canopy is rolling out new features and has a great product market fit. The space is getting fairly saturated and accountants aren't always quick to make a change. Canopy also got new funding to attack the market which is exciting. But every year they adjust our sales agreement and top performers lose thousands of dollars with every change. They also doubled the Mid market team making it more difficult to hit quota. I'm expecting attainment rates to drop.

Canopy is a great product for the market & fed leads are nice. The company team events are fun! Management is not micromanaging, which is nice. However, management is inconsistent and improved feedback is rare. Sales team culture felt cliquish and exclusive.

Canopy is still in a good position in the market, but competition is catching up quick. If you’re looking to be coached, this is not the place for you. They higher you go up the sales floor, the less coaching or feedback you get.
