What is the usual career progression like for sales professionals at Canto?

It is important to us to create clear and meaningful career paths for our sales professionals across all of our revenue teams. 
Some people join us through the XDR organization, while others are hired directly into roles like Account Executive, Account Manager, or Customer Success  and from there, growth can take a number of different directions depending on each person’s goals.

Career movement at Canto isn’t one size fits all. Some team members choose to pursue new roles across new business, Account Management, Solutions Engineering or Customer Success, and we’ve supported several successful transitions in recent months. Others prefer to deepen their expertise within their current path, and we offer merit-based progressions within each team to recognize development and increased responsibility.

We also maintain an internal job board so employees can explore opportunities across the company, and for those interested in leadership, we’ve seen team members move into management roles as they grow their experience and interest in coaching and team development.

Overall, our aim is to provide multiple paths forward, whether someone wants to advance within their current track, explore a different role, or eventually move into leadership and to make sure our sales professionals feel supported in building a long term career at Canto.
