Pros: • Freedom of action within one’s sales scope • Clearly defined area of responsibility (by account) • First hire with a reasonable starting salary • Achievable targets • Good working atmosphere • Beautiful, modern offices (headquarters at 147) • No recruitment or management duties for sales roles (frees up time to focus on business development) Cons: • Very few annual salary increases • Highly complex processes • Very complex matrix organization across subsidiaries • Company car partially paid by the employee (2/7) • Little to no profit-sharing or employee incentives • No 13th-month salary • Few secondary benefits

My overall experience at this company has been mixed. Starting base salary is fine, variable comp structure leaves a lot to be desired. I'm tasked with managing existing clients in addition to sourcing new ones, but there's little to no incentive in renewals/growth with current accounts.
