There is a major revolving door at Care.com. Constant influx of training new employees. Stressful graduation program. Your job is never truly safe. Management is decent. They have extra incentive to hit metrics through the week with additional opportunities to earn $. The bar that you have to reach on a biweekly basis to make good money is set really high. It is a reassurance sales driven role and I am not always inclined to provide the customer with reassurance based on their location / needs.

It was great when I got somewhat fresh leads that I could sell. But there were major inconsistencies in the data entry into Salesforce.

The team culture was great. The overall expectations were sub par. We were given recycled leads and told to make 150+ phone calls a day. Most leads had bad contact information or they had already been contacted by so many previous reps that they yell and ask to be taken off the list again.
