Company and staff are welcoming and friendly. Like a lot of the trainings. Some of the trainings about other departments of the company are not helpful for understanding other aspects of the business.

My overall experience was okay. Tough sell the daycares don't have any money and most of them don't need the product. Manager was super cool. Just a tough sell.

Training was 4 weeks long, mostly based on sales theory rather than practical application. The trainer told us one thing to do, Sales manager told us to do it differently. The clients we call have all been called from us multiple times in the past, to the point, that they can recognize the script and ask, "Are you calling from Care.com?" Only to hang up.
