The company was owned by the PE firm Apollo which squeezed every nickel and dime out of the organization leaving nothing for the employees. The only thing that mattered was the bottom line and they sacrificed the sales team to get there.

My overall experience here was good, but things became uncertain post CareerBuilder merger with Monster. CareerBuilder + Monster filed chapter 11 in the US and ongoing court supervised sale process. Hope things will turn in favour of employees, employers and job seekers.
