Disjointed leadership put pressure on managers with very little accountability for completion. Lack of accountability across the organization due to poorly designed goals. Very few regions saw 100%+ goal attainment and the difference between top performers and mediocre ones was too small, pushing the top performers to seek employment elsewhere.

This company can be great if you have the right leader. I was lucky to work for two great leaders before transferring to the MOS role on the west coast.
