Current Employee This company can be great if you have the right leader. I was lucky to work for two great leaders before transferring to the MOS role on the west coast. I knew within days of the transfer that these were inexperienced leaders asking reps to do unethical and inappropriate tasks to make up for their lack of skills. After reporting it to the company I was assigned to my previous leader but the west AVP and Director were kept. Based on reports they are continuing to drive a toxic culture and reps are quitting left and right if not forced out when they refuse to engage in what the director refers to as “quid pro quo” activities and asked the women on his team to “take doctors to dinner and trike their ego and says he will find the way to pay the doctors off in exchange for writing our test.”
