At Carolina Handling we offer a Base + Uncapped Commission structure to our Sales Reps. While a base salary provides stability, commission rewards you when you meet or exceed sales targets. Our commission structure is simple, lucrative and financially rewards those willing to grind their first few years. Check out our OTE numbers and quota attainment % and you won't need to worry about the base salary.

How would you describe the interview process for the role you applied for, and what should others expect, pros and cons, etc?

We put a lot of emphasis on our interview process which has allowed us to not only hire the best talent, but to have very low turnover of our Sales Reps (lowest turnover of any role within our organization). Interview Process: Recruiter Interview -> Hiring Manager(Sales Manager) Interview -> Second Sales Manager (different territory) Interview -> In Person Panel Interview
