Carolina Handling provides an extensive 90 day training plan for all new sales associates. During this time we want the new associate to focus on learning about their role, the company and building relationships with internal departments.

Carolina Handling does a great job at alleviating concerns around the base salary during the interview process. We make sure all new associates are taken care of during their training period and can create opportunities  based on experience and needs to alleviate pinpoints in pay.

There is a 90 day training period at the start of a sales rep career at Carolina Handling. While there is a lot to learn in the first 90 days, the ramp up period to becoming an excellent industry leader can take much longer. With that being said and considering potentially lengthy sales cycles, the base can be a concern for some individuals. There are ways to Carolina Handling works with candidates to accommodate this need and it should not keep one from applying. The avg first earnings is a great question to ask!
