Very positive overall. I've learned 5-10 years worth of sales knowledge/experiences in 2-3 years. Leadership has a strong background in the space and pushes reps to be the best version possible. Great culture that makes coming to work fun. Clients love us because of our consumption model, but that also poses challenges hitting OTE consistently. Product continues to innovate and the goals are big but achievable.

Overall experience was poor. Leadership is inexperienced. Lack of direction and favoritism compounds the issue. Didn't see anyone hit their number in my time of employment.
