Former Employee Fantastic product and now with new acquisitions it's better than ever. It has a phenomenal brand. Most of the time I don't need to explain what we do, I walk into a room, and everyone knows what we do. But the inside is less rosy. They overhired significantly. This was the most disappointing leadership I've ever seen. The regard for people is low. There is no culture, besides you being friendly with those immediately around you. No DEI/cultural engagement initiative. A number of leadership left (co-founder, CPO, CRO..), middle managers made redundant to save funds, I never got the feeling leadership cared for its people.
