Current Employee I can’t speak nationwide, but locally in the state of Florida they are a brand new company who does not sell their own product. It is not factory direct but from a separate company that is overpriced compared to competitors. Company only pays out at 6% if you are above part which is typically overpriced compared to competitors company will allow you to go down to making zero profit in order to sell the job which they want you to do if you don’t get it yes during buying decision. After review your commissions can drop up to 20% in some cases 60% of what is expected due to installers claiming extra work that is not necessary or required for the job. Payroll is supposed to happen every week, but in my instance has taken over two months. Management does not have control and unfortunately is not a reliable resource. Majority of leads set are not confirmed qualified. You may not on the door that no one knows why you’re there or they may ask you to do something which you’re unable to do i.e. replacing screens making repairs to decks or selling products champion doesn’t offer.
