Great company. Great product. The commission structure needs to get better. They pay 6% at or above par and 3% below par. They need to increase it to at least 10% or a blend of base salary and 8% commission.

Solid lead flow, good potential for earning 250k +, 2sales meeting per week and 2-3 leads per day during 9 of 12 months. Good local leadership.

I can’t speak nationwide, but locally in the state of Florida they are a brand new company who does not sell their own product. It is not factory direct but from a separate company that is overpriced compared to competitors. My overall experience was terrible. Poor management and culture overall. Turnover was very high. Very little support for reps because there hardly any leads coming in and no base pay for when things were slow. If you are going to work here, have money saved up and experience with in-home sales because you will definitely need it. At least for the Dayton market anyway.
