Working at Chatmeter was an overall okay experience. The team was supportive, and I learned a lot about sales and customer engagement. However, the workload could be heavy at times, and communication between departments wasn’t always consistent. Good place to gain experience, but room for improvement in structure and leadership.

Experience was good at first and then a new CEO came in and turned the company upside down. He let go of the great leaders that we had which tanked the culture.

Top rep only hit 55% annual quota in 2022. No reps have hit annual quota in company history. Product is mostly seen as a nice to have. Poor brand recognition. Good people work here.
