Management is good, especially at the local level. Senior director and above gets a little out of touch and can be frustrating.

You can make a lot of money at Cigna but it comes at a cost. The culture and leadership are terrible. Sales roles are treated as what have you done for me recently. They have an east coast mentality of constantly threatening to fire employees and you are always edge because of it.
