If getting into sales is your goal this is the only time I would recommend this role. Your base pay is weak and the amount of plans to get over your goals are crazy and compensation is not good at all. But have great benefits and 401k plan.

Base compensation is low and very unfairly distributed throughout the team. They are constantly trying to squeeze you and get more work out of a smaller team. Nothing ever actually gets fixed, and it feels like management is only trying to further their own career.
