Management Trainee will always be promoted before outside hire. Must hit Presidents Club to be considered promotable. Horrible upward mobility structure. Pay is very low in new business roles. If you can manage to be drug through the mud, there are high paying, “cushy” roles at Cintas- but the average time it takes to get to a decent role is around 6-8 years- UNLESS you’re a management trainee who joins fresh out of college. Even then, you will still miss opportunities if you can’t perform in sales.

Good company, very corporate so if you can build your brand, you will be all set. More on brand than results it seems at times.
