Good training, mediocre base pay, good ote pay. Reps argue with each other over accounts constantly between facility Service and Uniform Reps. The company has great health benefits, dental benefits, 401k match, and car package.

Great company to start a sales career and learn how to prospect, build a funnel, and close deals quick. Definitely a grind, good upward mobility if successful, looks good on a resume. Staying in front line role for more than a few years would likely lead to complacency and burnout.
