Current Employee Boomerang employee, left Cisco and came back due to people-focused culture. Good pay, good benefits, good people who want to help teammates succeed! To thrive here you need to know your resources, take ownership of getting things done, and be good at self-directed work. Overall one of the best places to work, however working at such a big company can be frustrating due to slower moving, lots of offerings to know about and to sell or not sell (good and bad problem to have), and every once-in-a-while you'll run into leaders who have a poor pulse on the daily reality of the business.
Complaints aside, this is a solid company!
