Current Employee4.1Dec 12, 2023for the most part I enjoyed my time at Cisco, managers were reliable and had your back, co-workers as well, upper management however tended to have big ideas but no real way to implement them. Which meant it fell to us to implement it. The phrase building the plane as it was flying comes to mind.

Some of this is needed to refresh account lists (remove defunct prospects/accounts etc), but the go-to-market structure has been rebuilt almost every year since 2020.
