Current Employee The virtual sales organization seems to reorganize every 1-2 years and reps don't get to build a consistent business as a result. Some of this is needed to refresh account lists (remove defunct prospects/accounts etc), but the go-to-market structure has been rebuilt almost every year since 2020. The company feels directionless in this regard. Cisco's channel development is highly mature and inbound flow from channel partners is generally solid compared to other OEMs. Browse Other Reviews
