Great Company. Lots of training, Mobility for career, earning potential. You of course have big company politics, but nothing that creates excess friction.

Overall my experience was positive, like most other large orgs it would depend on your leader, the folks you work with and your accounts. the push to software has created some operational lumps but Cisco isn't going anywhere. The ecosystem is strong and it's a great company to work for.

They laid off almost half of the team and left the over achievers. We each had higher goals, but we are the best that is left after our fourth lay off.

For a long time Cisco was a great place to work. Too many changes are happening, and I don’t think it would be fair to project the future from the past. There are too many new leaders making changes.
