An amazing experience into the world of channel sales and distribution where icon exposed to all different levels of partners Specialized in different verticals of the business. This rolled enabled me to understand the challenges of partner enablement and distribution and how we can leverage different verticals and funding to ensure proper dimension and practices among the partner organisation.

Overall my experience was positive, like most other large orgs it would depend on your leader, the folks you work with and your accounts. the push to software has created some operational lumps but Cisco isn't going anywhere. The ecosystem is strong and it's a great company to work for.
