Current Employee My overall experience here was both enriching and challenging. I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues in a high-performance culture that emphasized results and continuous improvement. The sales training and enablement programs were strong, and I appreciated the transparency in leadership communication. However, the pressure to meet aggressive targets sometimes led to a high-stress environment, and cross-functional alignment could have been better. Despite the challenges, I grew significantly in my role, developed strategic account management skills, and consistently exceeded my sales goals.
