They haven’t fixed it yet but some people can have outsized years if they are patient. Culture is great and upside if you are in the right patch. Currently, OTE is not attainable for most.

The pay and benefits are excellent, but job security is a ticking time bomb - and you never know when your time will be up. This last round of LRs (Feb 2024) was a straight OpEx reduction and cut a lot of top performers simply to boost the bottom...Read More
