My experience has varied greatly from whe I first joined to now. Leadership is exceptionally poor top down and activity metrics (whether qualified or not) often outweigh strategic discussions about opportunities (because leadership lacks the ability to have such conversations)

Lower base than market average but generally very fair comp plan with opportunity to make good commission. Quotas vary greatly and have a lot of dependencies but aren't usually too high. I've never seen less than 30% of a team make quota, and I have seen years where more like 80% make quota. Leaders are generally very good.
