Unfortunately it feels at times that senior leadership wants Cisco to be a faction of the DNC rather than a publicly traded company. At lower levels the politics go away and we just focus on serving customers, which is what matters.

Former Employee4.1Oct 30, 2024Overall company is going through massive changes and definitely not on a growth trajectory, you can make good money as long as you have a decent patch of accounts. Also sales leadership is literally deck chairs so don't be surprised if you have a new direct leader ever 12-18 months.
