My experience has been interesting. Leadership is basically great salesman that were made into managers not managers who are good at managing. The pay is crap and they pick and chose who gets merit raises, even if you hit goal many years in a row you might not get a raise. THE PEOPLE ROCK- I will day I have made amazing friends at work but thats not enough to stick around. Great entry job and stepping stone.

Overall Cision was a good company with smart people and good training. Direct management at the SMB AE level was pretty hands-on and close to micormanagey.
