My rating is based from my experience so far being on a new team that is pitching products to a newer market for the company. The product-market fit is very poor for my market compared to the rest of the sales teams product-market fit. The company needs to make adjustments for their special district sales teams to allow its reps to accomplish more success. Currently, the company has about 6 sales ops employees who are supporting a 100+ SDR org which creates its own unique challenges. If looking to interview with CivicPlus, ask them which team they are hiring for and reach out to reps from the company asking questions about those teams/product-market fit.

The company does provide solutions to government that allows them to operate more efficiently day to day and helps improve community engagement online. Performance in the SDR role here really comes down to which team/product you are assigned to as that will determine the types of government organizations you will prospect (which could be good or bad).
