My experience at CivicPlus has been awesome. Leadership is fantastic. Company Morale is great. Team Members are kind and helpful. Unlimited PTO. Clear path to promotion. My only Complaint would be the comp plan for any role is less favorable then majority of the other SaaS/Tech companies. I believe this is due to the majority of the company being owned by PE and VC firms. If you are just breaking in to tech sales I would highly recommend. However, If you have experience in SaaS, I would steer clear and shoot for somewhere else 100%.

My overall experience was very good. I really enjoyed the company and made a mistake in leaving. While the compensation is mid-low the company is great.
