If you are thinking about working here you should ask them about their recent turnover. This company is quick to use pips and blame the reps for poor results in territories they know have not done well for years. Ask them why they have had 9 reps “leave” in the past year.

I give my overall experience a 4/5 star rating. Culture and Autonomy are the biggest pluses here. Base and variable compensation could definitely be increased.
