It was good to start, but management started making us jump through hoops to get commission. Used to be if they show up we would get paid. Now they have to show up and the deal has to be able to close within 6 months and the AE has to book a follow up call. There is constant changes in expectations as well. Only 2-4 reps max hit quota.

This is an incredible company with nearly everything going their way. Incredible market fit, supportive and relaxed team, and a comp setup that is incredibly advantageous.

Overall, this is an excellent organization to work for. The people and leadership team members are genuine and value transparency in what they say and do. If I were to accept a position outside of this company, it would need to be a near-perfect scenario. Base compensation is lacking, but total compensation is pretty good.
