Long sales cycles, some product gaps, a strong solution for the insurance market, and a highly saturated territory limiting the capacity, flow, and volume of deals. The company is investing heavily in M&A and expanding its products and market offering. The current restructuring and near rebranding are painful, especially for longer-term employees. However, it has a positive outlook, and the synergies between the merging firms will certainly create a wave in the market and increase market share for Clearwater Analytics.

High uncertainty from acquisitions. Compensation plan uncertainty too Product market fit improved with acquisitions. Way too many sales supporting functions that don't function well

Poor culture, solid core product with diminishing TAM, bringing products to market that are unfinished/barely developed and disorganized sales floor. Experience/culture can vary drastically depending on market segment or team. Percent of reps achieving quota has consistently decreased year over year. SDR function is completely disorganized and ineffective.
