Poor culture, solid core product with diminishing TAM, bringing products to market that are unfinished/barely developed and disorganized sales floor. Experience/culture can vary drastically depending on market segment or team. Percent of reps achieving quota has consistently decreased year over year. SDR function is completely disorganized and ineffective.
