Great product but becoming saturated. Deal flow is drying up across org. Base / commission structure is SO much lower than competitors. They tout 6% payout like it’s industry leading but it’s a ton of $ to give up bs standard 10% or more. Also, directors are all amazing. Everyone above them is so disconnected. The CRO leads with an authoritarian / fear based approach that influences whole organization. Overall, decent experience but wouldn’t be jumping to do it again.

High uncertainty from acquisitions. Compensation plan uncertainty too Product market fit improved with acquisitions. Way too many sales supporting functions that don't function well
