Great company and product. However, there used to be more upward mobility in the earlier days of the company. Now they are moving towards a more rigid corporate culture. Also, the new incentive compensation for SDRs/BDRs is very poor. There has been significant attrition for SDRs/BDRs recently because of the change in compensation and culture.

Compensation plan is severely lacking but base salary and product market fit are good. No bonus for singing brand new accounts. Commission rate is 6% with no accelerators and with many deals resulting in closer to 5 percent because of penalties for not securing certain terms
