Current Employee3.4Apr 11, 2024Great company and product. However, there used to be more upward mobility in the earlier days of the company. Now they are moving towards a more rigid corporate culture. Also, the new incentive compensation for SDRs/BDRs is very poor. There has been significant attrition for SDRs/BDRs recently because of the change in compensation and culture.

Current Employee3.4Jan 9, 2025Solid product. But underpaid and overworked. CEO compensation is way too high. Always says he can’t afford to give out more equity to his employees and then awards himself a $30M share grant for 2023 performance. Ever since this company was acquired by private equity and subsequently taken public, its best days have been in the past.
