Not great industry potential. Do not offer pay equity or incentives to stay and be promoted - paying external hires much more than internal promotions for the exact same work. lots of change and rolled out in a disorganized fashion. managers not on the same page and not looking out for employees.

It was my first office job and it felt more like a call centre. There wasn’t a great deal of sales training, more just focusing on numbers and dials. The culture was minimal, but hyped heavily. Would not recommend being a BDR unless it was your first job.
