This company is a toxic meat grinder. Avoid going to work for them. They have fired entire sales teams in the past, and management is known for exerting pressure and instilling fear. It's one of the worst companies I've worked for in my career. Avoid them.

Compensation: They have a very old-school mentality. They want you to be high-volume robots with little focus on the quality of work. The compensation structure is also partially based on inputs rather than outputs.
