Current Employee Healthcare staffing is a tough industry. It's a saturated market and healthcare facilities are slow to change.
So even though there are needs, clients have numerous options and its usually based on prices. So it tends to be a race to the bottom.
I did enjoy the team I worked for but it was challenging to sell a tough market.
