Current Employee For the first time in my big career, I’m writing a review about a hiring process, and I have never encountered such disrespect in my professional life.
They post job openings, ask you to complete a large test task assignment without any personal contact to move forward in the process, then disappear for a week, make empty promises, and send a standard automated rejection with no explanation or feedback on the test. This is despite the fact that I put effort into incorporating creative solutions and unique approaches into the task — all for free.
After doing some digging online, I discovered that this company actively exploits free labor under the guise of recruitment. You can read more about it in the Reddit thread *"DO NOT APPLY IN CLIPBOARD HEALTH"*. Unfortunately, I only came across this information after my own disappointing experience with them. Don’t waste your time on this “whatever-this-is.
