Former Employee The main issue here is that Clipboard Health is inna very mature industry (healthcare staffing) that is difficult to navigate with all the regulations.
However, they think they can just bulldoze their regulations when in reality they can't. The executive team have never sold in this industry. And don't even realize there are nation health care staffing giants that are more reliable and reputable.
Besides that, unless you have a roladex of clients you can bring, it's tough making sales to healthcare institutions that have providers already.
If you are brand new to the industry, it will be tough selling Clipboard Health's products.
