My position is unique because I wear many hats beyond revenue development. Opportunity flow and Inbound lead #'s is high but incentive structure is rated low because EOY bonuses and timeline to receiving still haven't been provided 78 days after 2023 fiscal year has ended.

constantly changing leadership vision. founders meddle despite not having experience in running companies. product works but is held together by duct-tape.

2022 & 2023 there has been quite a bit of turnover and layoffs. The staff, executive staff, CEO, and CRO have all turned over. It is a bit tumultuous with all of the turnover and negatively affected the company and ability to service and sell to new and existing customers.
